Within the folk circuit, Guus Herremans (diatonic accordion) & Ward Dhoore (acoustic guitar) need no introduction. You could see these young wolves at work over the past 10 years with award-winning bands and various projects.

You can meet Guus on stage with bands such as Airboxes, Phlox, Duo Lopez-Herremans, Les Bottines Artistiques & Nufolk Global Connections. In recent years, Ward has played with bands such as Trio Dhoore, Snaarmaarwaar, Siger, Spilar & Estbel.

They were both selected by Klara for 'De Twintigers'; a series in which the radio station puts promising twenty-somethings in the spotlight, and they have recently started playing together at Airboxes Quartet & Me Guusta. So it's high time to celebrate their years of friendship and take to the stage together as 'Thalas' to bring their favorite songs together in an intimate duo line-up.
